With our industry experience and technological infrastructure, we design molds for the desired product. To prevent potential issues after mold manufacturing, analyses such as flow, cooling, shrinkage, and warping are applied during and after the design phase. This helps to avoid cost and time losses that may occur post-mold manufacturing.

We manufacture the parts of our completed mold design precisely and in accordance with the design, using machines such as CNC Vertical Machining, CNC EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and CNC Grinding.

The initial pressings of our molds, which have been manufactured and assembled, are conducted by us. After necessary visual and dimensional controls, they are prepared for the next process like heat treatment, polishing, and patterning. After these processes, another pressing is done and shipped along with the final samples.
